What AI agents pay for in 25 industries, and the rules that keep them safe

Every page below is a worked setup, not a brochure: the agents a company in that industry would register, the vaults they draw from, the policy in evaluation order, and a day in the transaction log showing what cleared, what asked a person, and what was blocked. The same engine runs all of them.

What every industry has in common

  • Three answers. Every request gets ALLOW, ASK A PERSON, or BLOCK. Rules run top to bottom; the first match decides; anything uncovered is blocked.
  • Fraud controls before amounts. A payee's bank-detail change and a duplicate invoice number are checked before any tier, so a $50 invoice gets the same scrutiny as a $50,000 one.
  • Evidence as a condition. A matching PO, a signed contract, a lien waiver, a work order, a delivery note, a statement match: whatever the office already asks for becomes a rule the engine enforces.
  • Vaults keep money apart. Per project, per client, per brand, per grant, per property. An agent can only spend from the vault it is attached to.
  • People approve on the phone. The amount, the payee, the rule that stopped it and the agent's reason. Approve or decline, nothing else. No answer is a no.
